The manufacturers are SO WORRIED about image they pay dealers based on their survey scores. So to get a good score, the dealers pay their personnel based on the scores they get. Its a shit system, and it rarely works.

Now that you mention it, they were out of pastries when I dropped my car off. Not looking good for them.
